#LokSabhaPoll2019: Maneka Gandhi to contest from Sultanpur

New Delhi, Mar 26 (IBNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party on Tuesday announced that senior leaders Varun Gandhi and Maneka Gandhi will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from  Pilibhit and Sultanpur respectively.

The party declared another list of candidates for the polls.

The BJP said that Rita Bahuguna Joshi to contest from Allahabad.

It said  Jaya Prada will fight from Rampur seat.

Jaya joined the BJP on Tuesday and hours later her name was declared as a candidate.

Actor Joy Banerjee will fight from Uluberia seat.

The seven-phased Lok Sabha polls will begin from Apr 11.

Counting of votes will take place on May 23.
