Lockers of people close to Modi will be filled: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, Nov 21 (IBNS): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked Narendra Modi over the issue of currency note ban and said lockers of few people close to the Prime Minister will be filled.

"The lockers of 15-20 people close of the Prime Minister will be filled," Gandhi told reporters.

"Their loans will be writen off," he said attacking the PM.

He said: "Poor people who standing in queues will be hit hard," he said.

PM Modi has sought 50 days to fix the cash problem, promising long-term benefits from the demonetisation.

The Centre on Nov 8 banned Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 currency notes.
