LeT militant found in injured condition hospitalized in Shopian

Srinagar/UNI: A Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) militant was found lying in a critical condition in an orchard in village Hermain in south Kashmir district of Shopian was moved to hospital by the locals for treatment on Sunday.

Official sources said, local villagers found a militant identified as Sahil Bashir Lone lying in an orchard in his native village Hermain in an injured condition and shifted him to nearby hospital for treatment.

However, it was not clear how the LeT militant Sahil got injured, the sources said.

Meanwhile, police confirmed that Sahil is a category C militant and had joined militancy on October 12, adding “He was in our list and is in critical condition”.
