Kolkata: Police arrests another chit fund boss
Kolkata, Feb 7 (IBNS): Police from Electronic Complex Police Station has arrested the owner of chit fund company URO, Biswapriyo Giri, from his own office at Salt Lake sector-V area in Kolkata on Friday night.
Some complains were launched in Electronic Complex Police Station against URO group and Biswapriyo Giri.
According to police reports, this chit fund company had taken 1.5 crore deposits illegally from the market.
Police has charged IPC sections 406 (Criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating) and 120 B (Criminal conspiracy) against him.
