Kolkata: Office building fire brought under control

Kolkata, Jul 13 (IBNS): The fire which broke out in a multi-stored office building in Kolkata's Salt Lake Sector V area on Monday morning has been brought under control.

The fire broke out in the fifth floor of Globsyn Crystal building at around 11 am in the morning.

As many as 4 fire engines rushed to the spot and firefighters fought for nearly 2 hours to bring the fire under control.

No casualty was reported in the incident.

Firefighters said that the fire might have started due to short circuit.

Fire department has started investigation to know the actual cause of the fire.
