Kolkata, May 14 (IBNS): The Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) jointly conducted raid at a branch office of MPS Greenery Developers Ltd., a company under probe in the chit fund scam, in Kolkata's Lake Town B Block area on Thursday. according to local media reports.
As the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate sealed that office earlier, officers from CBI and ED took keys of the office from Lake Town police station and then reached to the office at 12 noon on Thursday. But using those keys, they could not unlock the gate.

After some hours, police officers from Lake Town police station brought the right keys of the office from the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate. After unlocking the gate, CBI and ED officers had searched the office for two hours, reports said.

They seized some documents and one hard disc from the office.

After the raid, central probe agencies' officers sealed the office again in presence of the lawyer of MPS Greenery.

Few months earlier, the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate sealed the office of MPS after getting direction from the court.
