Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik convicted in terror funding case

New Delhi/IBNS: A Delhi court Thursday convicted Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik in a terror funding case, media reports said.

The court has asked the National Investigation Agency or NIA to assess Malik's financial situation to decide the amount of fine to be imposed on him.

The court has also directed Malik to file an affidavit to disclose his all sources of income.

Malik last Tuesday pleaded guilty to all charges including the UAPA.

The court will hear the argument to pronounce the quantum of sentence on May 25.
