Kashmir :Two policemen killed in second militant attack in 24 hours

Srinagar, June 4 (IBNS) In another attack in Jammu and Kashmir, the second in 24 hours, suspected Militants struck in Anantnag town on Saturday, killing two members of the Jammu and Kashmir police force.
On Friday, three BSF men were  killed in Bijbehara town of Anantnag Distrct after their convoy came under militant attack. 

According to Reports,  motorcycle-borne suspected  militants carrying automatic weapons, opened  fire on a police party near a bus stand of
Anantnag Islamabad market in the morning. 
 
The attack left two cops- ASI, Bashir Ahmad and  constable, Reyaz Ahmad- dead.

Soon after the attack, Security forces launched a massive  hunt to nab the attackers.

On May 23, Militants carried out two strikes within hours in the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, killing three policemen, including an officer, and decamped  with service rifle of one of the slain cops.
