Kashmir: PoK resident arrested near LoC in Kupwara

Baramulla, May 18 (UNI) A resident of Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) was arrested near the Line of Control (LoC) in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said on Saturday.

During a routine patrolling, troops of Army arrested Shabir Ahmad, resident of Manjote, POK at Diler post Amrohi in Tangdhar Friday evening.

They said Shabir was being questioned. It was not immediately clear whether he has crossed here by mistake or has some motives, they added.
