J&K: Militants kill four policemen in Shopian

Srinagar, Dec 11 (IBNS): Four police personnel were killed in a militant attack in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday.

Reports quoting officials said the terrorists attacked a guard room in Zanipora where the four police personnel were present.

"We pay rich tributes to our colleagues Abdul Majeed, Mehraj-ud-din, Anees and Hameed-ul-lah who were #martyred in a #terror attack at #Shopian today. Our thoughts and prayers are with the grieving families at this juncture. RIP," Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.

The militants took off with the weapons of the police personnel, reports said.
