Jammu/UNI: A Jammu based organisation has launched different mobile ringtones to support the Citizenship Amendment Act.

These customised ringtones for smartphones speak "I am an Indian, I support CAA"  and continue conventional incoming ringing sound of the mobile.

There are three variants of the ringtone and each variant is of six seconds, 13 seconds and 26 seconds and are made available free of cost for all those citizens supporting the Citizenship Amendment  Act via whatsaap, twitter, facebook and other social media platforms and soon be available in the apps playstore depending upon the response of the subscribers.

Munish Sharma, Founder and Managing Trustee of "Vishwas_the Trust" organisation while giving further details about the idea of launching these mobile ring tones said, though his organisation is supporting the CAA but they also believe all those opposing it are not anti-nationals.

The peaceful protesters must be allowed to ventilate their (those opposing th CAA) feelings, opinion about the law and government should in fact provide basic amenities to all peaceful protesters, but fringe elements taking refuge under these protests in garb of the crowd to fan hatred, extremism and communalism must be dealt according the law.

He also said, ''unlike other developed countries we the people here in India to express solidarity or to oppose anything, unfortunately have a  mob sort of tendency to go physical to show the strength.''

"We must resort to civilized and more humane methods to express our views in support or in opposition of any issue. Therefore "Vishwas_the Trust" having faith in Constitution of India came with this unharming and simple way to raise our voice in support of this act'', he added.
