Jammu and Kashmir: Two terrorists killed during shootout in Baramulla

Srinagar, Oct 19 (IBNS): During a shootout with security forces, at least two terrorists were killed in north Kashmir's Baramulla area on Friday, officials said.

The shootout took place at a check point established by security forces.  

Police said identities of the terrorists are still not known.

Arms and ammunition were recovered from the terrorists, police said.

Jammu and Kashmir Police tweeted: "Two terrorists killed in Kralhaar Baramulla on NHW when a SUV vehicle they were travelling was asked to stop at Police/CRPF Naka. Terrorists fired upon Police party & in exchange of fire both terrorists got killed.1AK rifle,02 Chinese pistols and other Arms ammunition recovered."
