Jammu and Kashmir: Two killed, 4 injured in mysterious firing in Rajouri

Jammu: Two persons were killed and four others injured in an incident of mysterious firing on Sunday in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Additional Director General of Police, Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh said that the incident took place at Upper Dangri village of Rajouri.

"Firing took place at three houses separated at a distance of around 50 metres from each other," said Singh.

He added that two civilians have succumbed to their injuries and four others were injured.

"Search operation has been launched in the area," said Singh.

Earlier in December 16, two local youth were found dead mysteriously outside the army camp along the Poonch-Rajouri highway in Rajouri district.
