Indian President greets Queen of Denmark on her birthday

New Delhi, Apr 15 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee has conveyed his greetings and felicitations to Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II, the Queen of the Kingdom of Denmark on her birthday which is on April 16.

In his message, the President has said, “It gives me great pleasure to convey to you the warm greetings and felicitations of the people of India on the occasion of Your Majesty’s birthday. "

"The friendship and cooperation between India and Denmark owes much to the personal contribution of Your Majesty. I am confident that our ties will be further enhanced in the coming days for the mutual benefit of our two countries and peoples," Mukherjee said.

"I take this opportunity to convey to Your Majesty my best wishes for your continued good health and well-being and for the progress and prosperity of the people of Denmark," he said.
