Honoured to host you PM Hasina for BRICS: PM Modi
Benaulim, Oct 16 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday welcomed Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in India.
"Honoured to host you PM Hasina for BRICS-BIMSTEC Outreach Summit. We cherish the strong ties between India & Bangladesh & applaud your role," Modi tweeted.
Hasina is visiting India to attend the BRICS Summit.
The two leaders are expected to hold talks over the signing of the Teesta water-sharing treaty as well, media reports said.
