Had extremely productive discussions with President Putin: PM Modi

Sochi, May 21 (IBNS):  Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting Russia currently, said his discussions with President Vlamadir Putin on Monday was 'extremely productive.'

He said the friendship between India and Russia will scale newer heights in the coming years.

Modi met Putin for a bilateral meeting at Sochi.

Modi’s two-day Russia summit comes days after talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Earlier Modi had tweeted stating he is confident that the bilateral talks will further strengthen the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
