Formal announcement on Janata Parivar merger soon: Yadav

Patna, Apr 5 (IBNS): RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday said the formal announcement on the merger of the six parties of the erstwhile Janata Parivar will soon be made.

"It will be a one party with one symbol and flag," Yadav told reporters.

"A formal announcement on the merger will be made by Mulayam Singh Yadav  (Samajwadi Party supremo)."

He said the party will counter the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
