Srinagar/IBNS: Eid al Adha was celebrated with much fervour in Jammu and Kashmir Sunday.

The prayers were offered at Langate, Tulwari, Bonpora, Shalpora, Muqdam Mohalla, Batapora, Check Tulwari, Yaroo and Khoru.

Prayers were also offered at Dargah Hazratbal and Sonwar Mosque in Srinagar.

Wishing all Eid, Maulana Shahbuddin Barelvi Sect has urged Muslims not to raise Pakistani slogans but Indians.

"We should work for India and not be a puppet in the hands of foreign forces. All recent slogans of Sar Tan Se Juda are imported from Pakistan. We are Indians and we should be like Indians and in the spirit of one nation," Maulana said.
