New Delhi, Mar 7 (IBNS): Disabled Rights Activist Nipun Malhotra on Saturday claimed that he was denied entry at a posh South Delhi club as he was differently-abled.
According to reports, the incident took place at Club Ki-ya in DLF Promenade Mall on Friday night.

The Delhi government has now ordered a probe into the incident.

"I was denied entry for being disabled. Manager said it is the policy. The security dragged my wheelchair to keep me from entering. I do not want legal action. Instead, I want an unconditional apology," Malhotra was quoted as saying by CNN-IBN.

However, the management reportedly said he was denied entry because as he was alone and the entry was being given only to couples.
