Defamation: Warrant against Shazia Ilmi
New Delhi, May 24 (IBNS) A Delhi court on Saturday issued a bailable warrant against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Shazia Ilmi in connection to a defamation case filed by Congress leader Kapil Sibal's son Amit Sibal.
The warrant was issued against Ilmi for non-appearance in the case.
Amit had named AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, party leaders Prashant Bhushan and Shazia Ilmi in his complaint.
They had alleged that former union law minister Kapil Sibal took bribe in connection to a tax revise demand by telecom major Vodafone.
