| @indiablooms | Nov 17, 2018, at 11:00 am

Hyderabad, Nov 17 (IBNS): The Congress on Saturday released the third list of candidates who will contest the upcoming Telangana assembly elections.

The third list consists of the names of 13 candidates.

In the first two lists, the Congress released the names of 75 candidates.

The Congress is fighting the state polls in an alliance with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's Telegu Desam Party (TDP), CPI and Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS).

The Congress, which is having a bitter relationship with the ruling Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS), is expected to fight in 94 out of total 119 assembly seats.

The state polls will be held on December 7 and the results will be declared on 11th of the same month.

Though the term of the assembly was scheduled to end in May 2018, Telangana Chief Minister and TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao dissolved the assembly early and went to polls.
