Congress names nine new AICC secretaries

New Delhi, Sept 14 (IBNS): Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday announced the names of nine newly appointed  AICC secretaries.

They have been identified as Zenith Sangma  for Arunachal Pradesh, Amapareen Lyngdoh for Mizoram, Charles Pyngrope for Manipur, Victor Keishing for Meghalaya, Pradyut Bordoloi for Nagaland, Pradyot Deb Barman for Sikkim, Bhupen Kumar Borah for Tripura, Sudhir Sharma for Jammu and Kashmir and Sirivella Prasad for Tamil Nadu. 

The party has also appointed  Lalit Mehra  Chairman of the Research Department in Rajasthan.

The party also named B.S. Shiju for Kerala, Ulhas Parab for Goa and Idris Gandhi for Chhattisgarh as Chairmen of Research Departments in the other states.
