Congress manifesto is just show off: BSP chief Mayawati

Lucknow, Apr 3(UNI) Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Wednesday termed the Congress manifesto as a show-off and an illusion.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, she said Congress and the BJP are no different when it comes to fulfillment of promises.

Congress election manifesto is a show off and an illusion like its earlier promises, she posted.

Mayawati alleged that Congress never fulfilled its promises and so people do not believe them.

Hitting out at the BJP, the BSP chief said saffron party leaders are so afraid of being defeated by the BSP-SP-RLD alliance in the state that they are making casteist remarks against the alliance and its leaders.

''BJP should be given a befitting reply in the elections,'' she said.
