New Delhi/IBNS: Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge has called for the next meeting of the INDIA opposition bloc to be held in Delhi on Wednesday, media reports said.

The news came as the party has taken leads in the states of Chhattisgarh and looks set to win Telangana.

Meanwhile, as per early trends, the Congress is projected to lose Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh to the BJP.

The BJP will quite comfortably retain Madhya Pradesh.

The counting of votes for Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Telangana Assembly polls commenced Sunday in what is seen as a semi-final contest ahead of the general elections in less than six months.
