Congress appoints new AICC secretaries for Odisha

New Delhi, Apr 15 (IBNS): The Congress on Sunday appointed new AICC secretaries for Odisha.

Rudra Raju, Anil Kumar Chaudhary and Shaikh Mastan Vali have been appointed to the posts.

Congress said Aditya Sharma has been appointed Joint Secretary for Odisha.

Former Union Minister Jitendra Singh  was earlier appointed as Odisha in-charge of the party.

Congress confirmed through its release that Shubhankar Sarkar will step down from his role as AICC secretary in the state.

Odisha is scheduled to vote to elect a new assembly in 2019.
