Chennai: Woman Infosys employee hacked to death at railway station
Chennai, June 24 (IBNS) A woman employee of software giant Infosys was hacked to death by an unknown person in Chennai's Nungambakkam railway station on Friday, reports said.
The victim was identified by S.Swathi. She was a resident of South Gangai Amman Koil Street, Choolaimedu.
Sources at the railway station told The Hindu a man approached her as she was waiting, and soon, an argument broke out between them.
The attackers pull out a sharp weapon and reportedly killed Swathi.
Police have registered a case in connection with the matter.
