Nagpur/UNI: Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Saturday said the CBI should make public its inquiry report into Sushant Singh Rajput's death case at the earliest.

Speaking to reporters here, Deshmukh said the state government was awaiting the CBI report into the Bollywood actor’s death case.

Responding to a query about Sushant’s AIIMS report, the Minister said, ''We have not received any official information about that.

“It won’t be appropriate to comment anything right now. The CBI should put forth its report at the earliest so that people get to know whether it was a suicide or murder. We will give a statement as soon as we receive any official information about it," the Minister said.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra apartment on June 14.

Earlier, the Mumbai Police was probing into the case.

But following the Supreme Court's order, the CBI took over the case in his hand.

Meanwhile, the CBI had said that it has not reached to any conclusion in Rajput's death case and that all aspects were under investigation.
