CBI conducts raid at Manish Sisodia's house, Kejriwal says 'nothing will come out'

New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday conducted a raid at the residence of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's residence here.

Accoridng to reports, the raid is being conducted over allegations of corruption in the Delhi Excise Policy or liquor policy.

The probe agency is reportedly conducting raids at more than 20 locations at present.

Manish Sisodia later tweeted to confirm the development and said: "I welcome CBI."

"I am honest and I am dedicated to better the lives of lakhs of children."

"It is sad that people who try to do good work in our country are harassed like this," he said.

"This is the reason why we are still not the number one nation in the world," he said.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also said they are 'welcoming' the raid to Sisodia's house.

Extending support to the Deputy CM he said nothing will come out of this raid and many such happened in past
