BSF starts Jan Andolan for COVID-19 in Meghalaya

Guwahati: Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent call for “Jan Andolan for COVID-19”, BSF has kick started this campaign all over Meghalaya.

The BSF has started the campaign across Meghalaya by spreading awareness among the people to wear mask, wash hands and follow social distancing by maintaining “Do Gaz Ki Doori” and in the run various BSF Unit, Head Quarter deployed along the Indo-Bangladesh border under Meghalaya took pledge to take proper collective dissemination of precautionary measures on all platforms.

U K Nayal, DIG/PRO of BSF Meghalaya Frontier said BSF personnel are determined to defeat Covid-19 through collective determination and discipline.

He also appealed to the people to follow the social distancing and other norms to fight Covid-19.
