Patna, Dec 1 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): A delegation of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders led by opposition leader Prem Kumar (BJP) on Thursday met Bihar Governor and submitted a memorandum to him, objecting to the alleged "misconduct" of ruling party members in the state assembly.

The NDA leaders said while they raised the issue of deteriorating law and order situation in the House, the ruling party members trooped into the well and hugely misbehaved with them, riding atop the reporters’ tables and shoving them away.

The incident took place on November 29.

“Later when we sat on dharana before the office of the assembly Speaker ion protest, the ruling party again reached there and used “unparliamentary” words against the Prime Minister,” alleged opposition leader Kumar of the BJP.

He threatened to intensify their agitation if the Governor failed to interfere into their matter. They also accused the Speaker of taking no notice of their complaint.

Through their memorandum, the NDA leaders have sought censure motion against the lawmakers indulged in misconduct and suspension of other ruling party lawmaker for their misconduct.

A total of 19 leaders joined the NDA delegation. They included Jitan Ram Manjhi (HAM), Arun Kumar Sinha (BJP), Lalan Paswan (RLSP) and Raju Tiwari (LJP).
