Bihar: Hardcore Maoist arrested
Lakhisarai/UNI: A hardcore naxalite was arrested from Piri Bazar police station area in Lakhisarai district late last night.
Police said here today that acting on a tip-off a raid was conducted at a hideout leading to arrest of hardcore naxalite Mahangu Koda.
Mahangu was involved in a number of disruptive activities engineered by naxalites in Lakhisarai and its surrounding districts, police added.
Wanted since long, Mahangu was sent to jail after thorough interrogation, police informed.
