Anantnag assembly seat by-poll on June 19: EC
New Delhi, May 21 (IBNS) The by-poll to the Anantnag assembly seat in Jammu and Kashmir will be held on June 19, officials said.
The Election Commission said notification for the by-poll will be issued on May 25.
Counting of vote will take place on June 22.
The by-poll became necessary following the death of former and late J&K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Syeed.
