New Delhi/IBNS:  E-commerce major Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi after arriving in India.

Dressed in traditional kurta-payjama, which is associated with Indian culture, Jeff visited Raj Ghat and paid homage to the 'Father of the Nation'.

Raj Ghat is a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.

Remembering Gandhi, Jeff said Gandhi 'truly changed the world'.

In his touching caption, Jeff wrote on Instagram: "Just landed in India and spent a beautiful afternoon paying my respects to someone who truly changed the world."

He also shared a video of his visit to Raj Ghat.

Jeff is visiting the Asian nation at a time when the anti-trust body- Competition Commission of India- said it is looking into alleged unfair practices by Amazon and Walmart's Flipkart.
