Air India pilot guilty of sexual harassment reinstated
Mumbai/IBNS: An Air India pilot accused of sexual harassment by a woman colleague has been reinstate on duty, media repots said.
The Internal Complaints Committee of Air India found Captain Sachin Gupta guilty of misconduct and imposed a major penalty on him, officials said, added the reports.
As per the service rules, Captain Sachin Gupta has now appealed to the Chairman and Managing Director against the punishment awarded.
Air India had suspended him last year and told him he would not enter Air India's office while the enquiry against him was pending.
