After Bulandhshahr, it's now Bareilly : Teacher gang-raped in broad daylight

Bareilly, Aug 3 (IBNS) : Days after the horrific Bulandshahr gang-rape of a mother and her daughter, another gang-rape incident that took place in broad day light has been reported from Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, the incident took place at Bareilly on Tuesday and the victim was a school teacher.

The 19-year-old was allegedly abducted by three masked men when she was on her way to school in the morning before being gang-raped in a field along a state highway.

The miscreants reportedly dragged the girl inside a white Maruti van near NH-24 and drove her to a deserted sugarcane field.

While two of the abductors raped her at gun point, a third filmed the act and threatened to post a mobile video on social media if she reported the incident.

The victim's family has lodged a complaint at the CB Ganj police station.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident,
