Patna, Oct 16 (IBNS) Nearly 11 per cent votes were cast in the first two hours of second phase polling in 32 Assembly constituencies of Bihar on Friday, reports said.

According to officials, the polling is going on by and large peacefully, though a can bomb, found by security personnel near a polling station in Rafiganj Assembly constituency created a stir among voters.

Among the constituencies where polling is going on are six Maoist-dominated districts- Kaimur, Rohtas, Arwal, Jehanabad, Aurangabad and Gaya.
