AAP activists burn Badal's effigies over Moga bus case

Moga, May 2 (IBNS) AAP activists on Saturday burnt effigies of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal protesting against the death of a 14-year-old girl who was molested and thrown off a moving bus.

The bus belongs to Orbit Aviation, a company owned by the Chief Minister's family.

AAP leader Jasraj Jassi led a protest march along with Moga District AAP Convener Ajay Sharma.

The AAP activists who participated in the march made a bonfire of the effigy of Badal near the hospital where the mother of the victim is undergoing treatment.

The protesters also staged a dharna demanding that a case be registered against the owners of the transport company.

AAP Lok Sabha member from Sangrur, Bhagwant Mann, on Friday led a  protest dharna outside the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police of Baghapurana w and demanded interrogation of the owners of Orbit Aviation.
