4 CRPF men killed in Maoist attack in Chhattisgarh

New Delhi, Oct 27 (IBNS): At least four Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) men were killed when Maoists blew up their anti-landmine vehicle in Bijapur area of  Chhattisgarh on Saturday, reports said.

According to reports, two CRPF men were injured in the incident.

The incident occurred in the state ahead of the Assembly polls.

Eighteen of the 90 Assembly constituencies in Chhattisgarh will vote on November 12, including the Maoist-affected Bastar and Rajnandgaon districts. The second phase of polling is on November 20.
