Tolly stars Gaurav and Riddhima unveil Valentine special jewellery at Senco Gold and Diamonds

Kolkata, Feb 10 (IBNS): Celebrity couple, actors Gaurav Chakrabarty and Riddhima Ghosh unveiled Senco Gold and Diamonds' special Valentine collection in Kolkata on Thursday.

Some of the eye-catching products included solitary rings in rose gold category, sleek diamond pendants, and bracelets.

The price of the new collection starts from Rs 5,000.

Suvankar Sen, Executive Director, Senco Gold and Diamonds said, “We Bengalis are very romantic in nature. So jewellery is the most glamorous thing to us. The young generation, especially those below 30, are paying great importance to jewellery rather than to electronic gadgets and other costly items. Be it a dress or photographs, these are but transient memories. But jewellery is a permanent thing. The jewellery associated with your special day will remain forever, always reminding you of the special moment."

“I used to always think that it is the elders who can make a gift of a jewellery because we younger ones cannot afford to buy such costly products," said actor Gaurav Chakrabarty.

"But now I find that the jewellery here is affordable. So instead of buying our loved ones costly gadgets or dresses on taking them on a trip, none of which are actually permanent in nature, we can now give them a jewellery or two," he said.

Said Riddhima, “I am fashion-conscious from a young age. I would find it adorable if someone gifted me a diamond ring or a pendant as a token of love. Nowadays, people are very much materialistic. Jewellery is also part of the material world but it has the most beautiful emotions attached to it. Jewellery cannot be discarded.”
