Bangalore/Kolkata, Sept 30 (IBNS): Titan Company Limited, India’s largest lifestyle company and the world’s 5th largest watch manufacturer held the grand finale of its 3rd Titan Elevate program recently, at Royal Orchid, Bangalore.

This distinctive and thought-provoking program for young and promising individuals welcomed over 1300 participants for this year’s Elevate program and witnessed Pragya Mehra and Priyansha Jain from MICA- Ahmedabad as National winners and Radha Raman from XLRI-Jamshedpur  as runner up of Titan Elevate 2016.

Titan Elevate was launched in 2014 amongst 11 premier B-Schools in the country with an objective to engage with young minds and raise awareness about Titan Company Limited and what we stand for.

After the success of the first two seasons, Titan realized the program must go beyond just providing the students with a case challenge to work on.

The 3rd season of Titan Elevate revolves around experiences, where students shared their personal stories on a theme that resonates with what Titan stands for - ‘Restless, Responsible and Respected'.

Students submitted the stories that resonate with this theme and three students from each campus were selected for the next round which was a case study challenge. The teams travelled to Bangalore to participate in the grand finale in the presence of Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan Company Limited and Raj Narayan, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Titan Company Limited

Sharing his thoughts on this year’s program, Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan Company Limited said, “Titan Elevate was conceived as an ideal platform to engage and empower young creative minds of the premier B-school institutes across the country. We at Titan, believe that the youth of today continue to showcase and exhibit excellence in all fields. Thus, with Titan Elevate, we want individuals to exceed expectations and participate against each other in the spirit of competition, which personifies the next level of excellence.”

Talking about season 3 of Titan Elevate, Raj Narayan, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Titan Company Limited said, “With the success of the previous editions of Titan Elevate, this year’s contest also focused on providing the students with an experience that would shape them as professionals and as individuals. The analyses and insights given by the groups were well researched and articulated. The enthusiastic participation and the quality of the output are very encouraging and we are sure that Titan Elevate will grow into a strong partnership between Management schools and Titan in the future.”
