St.Xavier's University will definitely become a reality in 2016: Dr Felix Raj

Kolkata,Jan 13 (IBNS): Father Dr Felix Raj , Principal of the St. Xaviers College, has said turning Kolkata's prestigious institute into an university may soon be a 'reality' this year.
"St. Xaviers University in Kolkata will definitely a reality in 2016.We have the infrastructure and we are ready to start the course as soon as the bill is passed. We shall ask the Government very soon and express our intend so that we can begin the courses in July 2017."

A media conference was held in St. Xaviers College on Tuesday where Dr.Felix Raj shared the festive events.

He shared some important events will be organised by the institute in January and February.

"We have the 9th Convocation and Valedictory function that is to be held on January 16,2016. It  is also the foundation day of the college," Dr.Felix Raj said.
