Kolkata, Sep 8 (IBNS): 'The Legacy of the Bose Brothers and Patriotism' was the theme for the Sarat Chandra Bose Memorial Lecture 2017 held in Kolkata recently.

Key speakers were West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi and Maj. Gen. G. D. Bakshi S. M. VSM (Retd.)

The lecture, commemorating the 128th birth anniversary of Sarat Chandra Bose, was held in collaboration with the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture and the Sarat Bose Academy.

Sarat Chandra Bose, a barrister and an Indian independence activist, was the elder brother of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose..
