New flyover eases traffic and builders' woes in Kolkata's southern part
Kolkata, Feb 28 (IBNS) Opening of the Kamalgachhi (Kamalgazi) flyover along the southern end of Kolkata’s Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, and easing of the traffic jam along its meeting point with the busy Netaji Subhas Road, has not only made commuters heave a sigh of relief but also boosted the hopes of realty firms with upcoming properties along the way.
Connectivity and availability of basic amenities such as markets, schools and colleges, and medical and transport facilities is one of the key concerns of any home buyer believes Primarc, a leading realty firm of Kolkata.
Primarc, along with Srijan Realty and Riya Group, is developing a state-of-the-art residential complex the along the EM Bypass, along the southern end, called Southwinds.

Windows have been designed to optimise use of daylight so that along with the use of energy-conserving electrical appliances, Southwinds will not only help in energy conservation but also help residents lower their electricity bills.
The Indian Green Building Council has also awarded Primarc a ‘silver’ rating for the construction of Southwinds.
Interestingly, with the financial year coming to a close, many people will be looking for good investment opportunities.
