Kolkata to host Lokshilpa and Karukriti Mela

Kolkata, May 4 (IBNS): The West Bengal State Akademi of Dance Drama Music and Visual Arts, Rabindra Bharati University will hold its 29th Lokshilpa and Karukriti Mela at the Dwarakanath Mancha in Jorasanko Thakurbari here from May 8.

The event will be held till May 10 between 8am and 8pm daily.

Fifty artists, craftspersons and weavers from various districts of West Bengal presenting their traditional arts and crafts.

The event will be inaugurated by artist Laluprasad Shaw on May 7.
