Kolkata: Acropolis Mall Celebrates Father’s Day
Kolkata, June 17 (IBNS): Acropolis Mall, a shopping mall, celebrated Father’s Day at its premises with much fanfare and fun by presenting “My Super Hero”, a Father’s Day Special Event, in Kolkata on Sunday.
The mall organised plethora of fun filled activities for fathers and their kids to gift them an unforgettable moment.
Father’s Day is a celebration honouring father celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds and the influence of fathers in the society.
Acropolis observed the day with a three hour long celebration.
Fathers and kids participated in fun filled activities like Pot Breaking Competition, Blowing the balloon competition, Burst the balloon with hair band, Act out your father, Dance with the father, Throw the ball in the basket, Draping the saree. The event culminated in a fashion show where fathers and their kids walked the ramp with aplomb.
Commenting on the occasion, Saket Mohta, Managing Director, Merlin Group of Companies, the developers of Acropolis, Ibiza Resort, Princeton Club, Homeland Mall and a plethora of residential projects all across the city and beyond, said, “ We at Acropolis Mall, are celebrating Father’s day in its true spirit to honour the contribution of a father in a family and the bondage of love between a father and his kid.
