JK Business School to organize admission counselling session in Kolkata

Kolkata, May 14 (IBNS): JK Business School (JKBS), one of the premier business schools in the country will be organizing an interactive counselling session on Friday from 10:00 am onwards at Rotary Sadan, Chowringee Road, Kolkata for the benefit of the students who have cleared the required entrance exam for different courses.

Career counselling is an important element in providing the right direction to a young student’s career.

The counselling sessions are highly interactive, engaging and focus on understanding the mental aptitude of the students and helps them in designing their career path and defined goals.

The candidates will get a chance to interact with  Sanjiv Marwah, Director of JK Business School. He will guide the aspiring students in course selection and make them aware of various career options available after completing specialized courses from a recognized institute like JKBS. After the career counselling seminar, Dr. Marwah along with Admissions team members of JK Business School will conduct the selection process of the students for JKBS UG (2016 - 2019) and PGDM (2016 - 2018) program at the same venue.

According to Ajay Mehta, Registrar, JKBS, “Management education is witnessing a very healthy growth in our country and also the demand for more skilled manpower is rising simultaneously. As per a recent survey by NDTV Prime, Delhi NCR is on the top of the list of cities with maximum job opportunities for freshers and professional degree holders in comparison to others in the country. Our institution has introduced unique contemporary courses that will provide the students a perfect platform to enhance their skills and knowledge and enable them to face the challenges of tomorrow.”
