Kolkata/IBNS: A handbook titled ‘Toxic Love Disorder’, dealing with the psychology of toxic relationships, was recently unveiled in Kolkata, which was followed by a panel discussion on the subject.

Presented by The Minds Journal Collection, it contains articles by 17 international authors and aims to guide those seeking to understand, overcome, and heal from toxic relationships.

Mind Journal is a mental and emotional wellness platform dedicated to empowering awakened individuals to read, share, assess and improve, in a collaborative manner.

The book launch followed by the panel discussion shed light on often-overlooked issues, particularly the presence of toxicity in various facets of life, ranging from intimate relationships to familial bonds and even within the professional realm.

Participating in the panel discussion were Melinda Pavek (Consul General, US Consulate, Kolkata), Paromita Mitra Bhaumik (consultant psychologist), Saira Shah Halim (author, educator, social activist), oncologists Dr. Vivek Agarwala and Dr. Neha Choudhary, and actors Ushasie Chakraborty, Shoumo Banerjee, Gulshanara Khatun, together with Sakshi and Ritesh Choudhary (founders of the Minds Journal and World Mental Health Association).
