Google pays tribute to Ole Roemer's discovery of the speed of light
Mountain View, Dec 7 (IBNS): Tech giant Google on Wednesday dedicated a doodle to mark the 340th anniversary of the determination of the speed of light.
Speed of light was discovered in 1676 by Ole Roemer, a Danish astronomer.
Roemer's method was based on observations of the eclipses of the moons of Jupiter by Jupiter.
