Mumbai/UNI: After three days rally, the Rupee on Wednesday slipped by 17 paise to settle at 73.17 against the USD on brisk selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.

The domestic unit that moved up by two paise to 73.02 in opening trade, went down and ended weak at 73.17, sliding by 13 paise as compared to its previous close.

The local unit registered days high and low at 73.20 and 73.10 respectively.

The Rupee dropped today rallied owing to firm dollar against other world currencies amid weak equity market, dealers added.
